Terms for domestic users.

1. The rights of any media uploaded to this website, remains with the owner. Fear of the Park will not use any of its users content for commercial purposes unless prior permission is received in writing. By uploading or including material on this website, your are allowing Fear of the park to publise any such media.

2. Fear of the Park reserves the right to publish winners of the monthly photo competition in its news, in press releases, in the winners album in the gallery
and in the showcase display situated on the home page of the site.

3. Users of the gallery are welcome to download Fear of the Park media from the gallery for personal use. Please retain the watermark on all media down loaded so to help in the support of the site.

4. Fear of the Park media is for available for commercial use, and must not be used for any commercial purpose without permission. All Fear of the Park media is marked with copyright information which must not be removed under any circumstances. Please see the Commercial terms below, or contact us for further details.

5. For Commercial use of all other media on Fear of the Park, permission must be obtained from the publisher of the concerned media. Fear of the Park holds no responsibility for any media uploaded by its users and rights infringements by third parties.

6. Any material that is deemed to have been copied, unsuitable, offensive or not property of the registered user (or images uploaded without permission) will be deleted from the gallery. Persistent offenders will also be barred from FoTP.

Terms for commercial users

Media owned by Fear of the Park can be purchased for use in publications or otherwise under the following conditions:

1. Images are purchased singularly, per publication, regardless of print quantity and size.

2. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.

3. The wordmark “fearofthepark.co.uk” must appear on or in close vicinity to any published image. Failure to do so will incur an additional cost.

4. Images are supplied “off the camera” and may be altered as seen fit for publishing purposes.

5. The rights of any media purchased or use from Fear of the Park remain with Fear of the Park unless otherwise stated.

6. Fear of the Park reserves the right to display its media for its users on the Fearof the Park website.

7. Alternative pricing structures are available for multiple use, repeat use or bulk purchase of Fear of the Park images.
